For what feels like all of the past thirty years it seems like there has been a consistent Taco craze amongst us. As mundane as Tacos appear to be, there just seems to be an ever apparent infatuation with the traditionally Mexican delight. Most will agree that San Diego is the land of fish tacos. I, myself can attest to that sentiment as I’ve had more than my fair share of life changing fish tacos from the SoCal foodie paradise. I must admit that I haven’t had much experience eating or cooking beef short ribs. Nonetheless any cut of meat with the rib label must be regarded as top quality.
