Reverse Flow Smokers offer an enhanced alternative to traditional offset smokers. The natural draft of a Reverse Flow allows smoke to circulate around the meat as it cooks at a cross grate consistent temperature. While Traditional Offset Smokers certainly have their advantages over Reverse Flow Smokers in specific applications there is just no comparison as it pertains to heat distribution and thorough air flow.

Our Reverse Flow Air Pattern mechanisms are evenly powered by four key elements. The Firebox is 3.3 cubic feet giving ample room for any size log splits to thrive in burning capacity ultimately yielding clean and efficient smoke. An expansive side vent gives the Firebox the proper opening for an autonomous flow of air. The Reverse Flow Baffle Plate provides a guided channel for the smoke to travel beneath prior to reaching the core area of the cook chamber. The circumference of the cook chamber allows for coverage of a couple hundred pounds of meat at a given time.
After adequate interaction with the designated meat contents the smoke is channeled through a four inch by 33 inch smokestack. The extreme height of the smokestack assists in yielding the perfect draw from the Firebox all the way through to the top of the smoker. All of these elements combine to boast the highest Reverse Flow performance within the industry.
Our smokers now come equipped with a 3 inch color dial precision Tel-Tru temperature gauge. Tel-Tru manufactured temperature gauges offer an unparalleled level of precision and accuracy. These temperature gauges boast an industrial grade, bi-metal stainless steel construction. Allowing for precision, persistence and pristine all in one package.
Our Stainless Steel handles offer a supreme sense of comfort and ease. Cool-To-Touch safety allows you to focus on the pertinent aspects of BBQ. Two distinct Stainless Steel handles provide safe and comfortable access to the main openings of the smoker unit.

Sliding cook racks are a standard component on all of our smokers. Sliding racks give you added access with a focus on stability and ease. Both the primary and the secondary racks are equipped with over four inches of support lip. This allows for adequate support of each rack at full capacity.
All of our smokers come standard with a Triple Rack Cooking system which offers supreme space capacity along with great flexibility. The main cooking surface offers plenty of space for your largest prime cuts of meat while the secondary rack provides supplemental space for smaller cuts. If more space is necessary you can resort to the third rack for additional cook area. Here you can take advantage of higher radiant heat since its much closer to the firebox.
